Entry into this Promotion constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

This promotion is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances. Void where prohibited by law. Do not enter this promotion or otherwise participate unless you are a legal resident of the United States of America.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Mastodon Drumstick Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 17, 2026 and ends at 12PM PT on July 24, 2026 (or as otherwise stated in the official communications, if different) (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s designated computer system will be the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

SPONSOR

Loma Vista Recordings c/o Concord Music Group, Inc., 10 Lea Avenue, Suite 300, Nashville, Tennessee 37210 (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is conducted in connection with the recording artist known as Mastodon (“Artist”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law or in any territory not mentioned herein.

Employees of Sponsor, Artist and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

By participating, each entrant confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor’s privacy policy and all Promotion requirements. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

PROMOTION FORMAT

Sponsor may require that an entrant have a valid email address and/or social media account, as applicable, in order to enter the Promotion. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by an entrant’s online or wireless service provider may apply.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, visit https://www.mastodonrocks.com/drumsticks (the “Website”) and follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the entry form by providing the requested information. After clicking “Submit,” you are officially entered into the pool of eligible entries (“Entry”).

Limit one (1) Entry per person and per email address during the Entry Period. Duplicate Entries will be disregarded and may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, late, lost, misdirected, garbled, undelivered, delayed, damaged, illegible, fraudulent or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry, including bots, scripts, macros or similar devices, is prohibited and may result in disqualification. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or shortly after the promotion closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Entry Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must be able to receive communications from Sponsor and/or its designated agent, and Sponsor is not responsible if any notification is filtered into a junk, spam or quarantine folder or is otherwise not received.

The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification attempt. Failure to respond within the required time period, failure to execute and return any required documents within the specified time period, inability to accept or receive the Prize for any reason, or determination that the potential winner is ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require the winner to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release and/or other documents as a condition of receiving the Prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the Prize constitute permission for Sponsor and its agents to use the winner’s name, prize won, Entry, hometown, likeness, photographs and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in connection with Sponsor, Artist and/or the Promotion, in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) prize (“Prize”) will be awarded. The winner will receive one (1) pair of drumsticks used and/or signed by Mastodon. Drumsticks may contain normal signs of use, wear and/or personalization and are awarded “as is.”

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: US$50.00. Actual value may vary. No cash alternative, substitution, transfer or assignment of the Prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other expenses associated with acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Prize. Shipping will be arranged by Sponsor, provided that winner supplies a valid U.S. mailing address and any information reasonably required by Sponsor to fulfill the Prize.

RELEASES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participating entrants and winners, on behalf of themselves and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns, release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, Artist and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Prize.

The Prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion or use or redemption of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if the Promotion cannot take place or if the Prize cannot be awarded due to events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Released Parties are not responsible for any suspension, cancellation or modification of the Promotion, or inability to implement the Promotion or award the Prize as contemplated herein, due to any event beyond their control, including acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, pandemic, weather, utility outages, acts of terrorism, travel disruptions, technical failures, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, or order of any court or regulator.

PRIVACY POLICY / DATA COLLECTION

Any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://concord.com/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy”).

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize from among eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Sponsor is not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of Entry materials, technical failures of any kind, inaccurate transmission of Entry information, or failure to receive Entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

WINNER LIST

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within thirty (30) days following the close of the Entry Period to: Mastodon Drumstick Giveaway, c/o Loma Vista Recordings c/o Concord Music Group, Inc., 9171 Wilshire Blvd, 6th Floor, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, Attn: Legal and Business Affairs.

DISPUTES

This Promotion is subject solely to the applicable federal, state and local laws of the United States and is not subject to any laws outside of the United States. Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Any such disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively by the appropriate federal or state courts located in California.

Any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Promotion, and entrant hereby waives any right to claim attorneys’ fees, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not and whether based on negligence or otherwise.

Entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
